Common fault handling of stainless steel double-girder cranes in clean workshops

Stainless steel double-girder cranes are indispensable equipment for modern industrial production. They are widely used in the lifting, transportation, loading and unloading, and installation of various items. They are also essential lifting equipment for clean workshops. To improve labor productivity, play a huge role. However, in the process of using the stainless steel double-girder crane in the clean workshop, it is inevitable that there will be some failures and cannot work normally. The following is a list of common troubleshooting methods for stainless steel double-girder cranes by clean crane manufacturers. 1. If the brake fails to stop the car: overhaul the electrical parts; replace the brake shoe lining; replace the fatigued main spring, and adjust the brake according to the technical requirements. 2. The brake cannot be opened: remove the blocking object; adjust the main spring to make it meet the standard; adjust or replace the brake screw; replace the coil. 3. The brake shoe lining has a burning smell and smoke, and the shoe lining wears quickly: adjust the brake to achieve a uniform gap, and the shoe lining can be disengaged from the brake wheel during operation; replace the auxiliary spring; repair the working surface of the brake wheel. 4. The braking torque is unstable: adjust the concentricity to make it consistent. 5. The hook group falls: repair the rising limiter immediately, prohibit overloading, and replace the new rope. 6. The hook head tilts and rotates inflexibly: replace the thrust bearing. 7. Periodic vibration and noise of the reducer: replace the damaged gear. 8. The reducer vibrates on the bridge, and the sound is too loud: tighten the bolts; adjust the concentricity to make it meet the standard; strengthen the support structure to increase its rigidity. 9. The trolley slips when running: adjust the height of the wheel axle, increase the wheel pressure of the driving wheel; adjust the elevation difference of the track. 10. Large wheel gnawing rail: check the key connection of the transmission shaft, the meshing condition of the gear coupling, and the bolt connection condition of each part, eliminate the excessive clearance, and make the transmission at both ends consistent; adjust the wheel installation accuracy: adjust the large lane rail. 11. The motor is overheated during operation: reduce the starting frequency of the crane, reduce the load or replace the motor that matches the type of work. 12. The motor vibrates during operation: replace the damaged bearing. 13. The controller is stuck during work: replace the contacts. 14. The reason why the main contactor does not pull in: the power supply has no voltage; the fuse is open circuit; the controller handle is not at the zero position; the emergency switch and each interlocking contact are not closed; the main contactor coil is blown. 15. Reasons for the unidirectional running of the cart: poor contact of the limit switch and disconnection of the connecting line segment; poor contact or disconnection of the corresponding interlocking contact in the controller; contact of the reversing coil or the auxiliary normally closed contact of the other party bad. 16. Reasons why the auxiliary hook cannot rise: the rising limit switch is disconnected; the contact is in poor contact; the sliding wire is disconnected
